Ohio County sits along the Ohio River in the middle of the state's spike separating the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Home to Wheeling, the county voted for Trump by 26.5 points. Democrats were able to win a handful of precincts in and around Wheeling, but the surrounding communities and rural areas keep Ohio County pretty red

SD 13 is the state's most Democratic Senate district by base partisanship. This being said, Trump won the seat by just shy of 6 points. The district combines Monongalia and Marion counties, and is home to the major cities of Morgantown (home to WVU) and Fairmont.
