Cass County is home to the state's largest city of Fargo, and is the most competitive county in North Dakota. This being said, Trump carried it by 8.5 points, mainly thanks to the outer areas of Fargo and the county's deep red rurals. Democrats are favored to flip the county at some point in the future, though it may take several Presidential cycles to do so
Sioux County is a small, majority Native County along the South Dakota border. It was Harris's best county in the state, as she won it by over 39 points. Her largest margin was in the county seat and main population center of Fort Yates
