Carroll County is unique among the state's northernmost counties in that it has a blue, naturey tousim hub in Eureka Springs. The city might be dominated by Democrats, but the county at large still went for Trump by over 32 points
Ouachita County is the *most* competitive county in the south of the state. Trump won it by about 19.5 points. Kamala Harris did best in Camden and Stephens, which have higher Black populations, and Trump won the other smaller towns and rural areas
HD 98 in the south of the state is the *most* Democratic in the region. This being said, Trump won the seat by 14 points. Democrats have their main strength in Camden and Magnolia, with a handfull of supporting small towns and precincts, but Trump's rural dominance keeps the seat red
