Tolland was the closest Harris-won County in the state in 2024, backing her by about 8 points. Sitting to the east of Hartford, the county is kept blue by capital-adjacent communities, and deep-blue Mansfield. Trump did best along the northern border of the seat, which has shifted hard to the right in recent years, mirroring the same trends across the border in Massachusetts
